What to include

A clear subject line, the page or feature involved, your browser and operating system when relevant, and steps that help us reproduce the issue are usually enough.

Please do not send sensitive material

Do not email passwords, payment card information, private keys, or image files that are not necessary to explain your question. BatchMint processes selected images locally, so a screenshot of a non-sensitive interface state is normally more useful than an original image.

Response times

Messages are reviewed as availability permits. We do not promise a specific response time, but privacy and security messages are prioritized when they contain enough information to act on.
