Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how BatchMint handles information when you visit the website, use the browser-based image workspace, or contact us. It does not cover services you choose to use after exporting a file.

2. Images stay in your browser

Selected image bytes, decoded pixels, original filenames, watermark text and processing results remain in your browser and are not sent to BatchMint servers by the application. Conversion, resizing, compression, watermarking and export run locally through browser APIs, Web Workers and local codecs.

Browser extensions, device software, and third-party services to which you later upload an exported file are outside BatchMint's control.

3. Information stored on your device

• IndexedDB stores presets, brand-kit settings and an optional local logo Blob when you choose to save them.
• Local Storage stores the light or dark theme preference. Session Storage may temporarily cache a two-letter Cloudflare country code for the Chinese mainland advertising exclusion. These values do not contain selected images, filenames, watermark text or other sensitive image-processing data. Google Privacy & Messaging manages regional advertising choices through its own controls.
• A Service Worker and Cache Storage may keep the application shell and previously requested same-origin assets, including codec files, for performance and offline use.
• This local information is not synchronized to a BatchMint account. You can remove saved presets in the workspace or clear the site's browser data.

4. Technical website data

Cloudflare provides hosting, DNS, security and Web Analytics. When your browser requests the site, Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, security signals and approximate location. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled to provide aggregate site-usage information.

Public content pages may request the same-origin Cloudflare `/cdn-cgi/trace` response and read its two-letter country code only to exclude Chinese mainland advertising. If this check fails or returns no valid country, Google Privacy & Messaging handles the region through its own controls.

We use this information to deliver and secure the site, diagnose failures and understand aggregate traffic. Retention and processing by Cloudflare are also governed by our configuration and Cloudflare's applicable terms and policies.

5. Advertising

The Google AdSense site script is absent from the initial HTML. Chinese mainland traffic does not load it. Other and unknown regions load it promptly, while Google's published Privacy & Messaging controls handle European consent and US state opt-out requirements. Google and its partners may then process device, network and ad-interaction data or use cookies and similar technologies.

The image-processing workspace never includes the AdSense site script. Visitors can manage regional consent and opt-out choices through the Google message shown for their region, browser controls or Google advertising controls.

6. Email and support messages

If you email us, your email address, message content and any attachments you choose to send are processed by the relevant email providers and used to respond, investigate a report, maintain security and keep necessary correspondence records.

Do not send image data, filenames, watermark text, passwords, payment information or other sensitive material unless it is strictly necessary for your request.

7. Sharing and international processing

We do not sell selected image data. Technical website and email data may be processed by infrastructure, analytics, advertising and email providers where needed to operate the service. Those providers may process data in countries different from yours, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

8. Retention

Browser-stored presets and caches remain until you delete them, clear site data or the browser removes them. Technical logs, aggregate analytics, advertising data and email correspondence are retained only as required for their stated purposes, security, legal obligations and provider settings.

9. Your choices and rights

You can clear site data, block cookies, use browser privacy controls and choose not to email us. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of personal information we control. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify it.

10. Children

BatchMint is a general-purpose image utility and is not directed to children. Do not send us personal information about a child unless you are authorized and it is necessary.

11. Changes and contact
